HJAIA Hotel

 The City of Atlanta is preparing to design and construct s $350 million hotel on the property of the Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The hotel is expected to be a 541 room Hilton hotel and includes 50,000 square feet of meeting space, an office building, a second hospitality component, and a 1,150-space parking deck. 

LONG was contracted to provide an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey of the 8.4 acre site that defined the lease limits between the City of Atlanta and the hotel developer. Other services provided by LONG included Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Quality Level B (designating and marking underground utilities), surveying the markings, obtaining invert elevations and pipe sizes on storm and sanitary sewer structures, performing a full topographic survey of the site and locating all surface features such as curbs, sidewalks, paved areas, and above ground utility features. A composite ALTA/NSPS, topographic and utility survey was provided to the client.
