Georgia Power renovated the two-story, 11,400-square-foot structure Georgia Power followed the U.S. Green Building Council’s standards in renovating and decorating the building. The building functions as a customer service center and includes drive through payment lanes. The building incorporated energy efficiency, reduced water use, pervious GravelPave parking lot and electric vehicle recharging stations. It received LEED Platinum certification.
