This $300 million project consists of two apartment buildings with a combined 294 units with a 5-level parking structure to accommodate 372 cars, a 5-story city office/government center, an 1,100 seat performing arts center, a studio theater with a rooftop deck, 28,000 square feet of retail space and the 4 acre City Green, a public park with a Shade Bosque, fountains, and wide sidewalks at the center of the 14 acre site. Two new public roadways were included in the site design break the site into four quadrants. All four adjacent public roadways were upgraded with traffic calming measures and signalization.
