Seven88, First Residential Glass Tower in West Midtown

The new Seven88 West Midtown, a sleek 22-level glass and concrete high-rise, is the first residential glass tower in West Midtown Atlanta. We provided civil design and traffic study services as part of Goode Van Slyke Architecture’s team, a renowned Atlanta architecture firm. This bold, contemporary architecture features thoughtfully-designed condos in one of the city’s most popular and walkable neighborhoods.

Each of the 279 residences and penthouses offer floor-to-ceiling panoramic views of downtown and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Homeowners will enjoy two landscaped amenity decks, which include a saltwater swimming pool and whirlpool spa, outdoor kitchen, dining areas and a fire pit, and a yoga lawn. Residents can work out in the state-of-the-art fitness center or visit nearby greenspace including the Atlanta Beltline Westside Trail and new Westside Quarry Park.

These amenities will introduce an impressive addition to the neighborhood, which has an excellent mix of restaurants, retail and entertainment set in a historic district coupled with the nationally acclaimed Georgia Tech campus.
