    3630 Peachtree

    Atlanta, Georgia

    $300 million mixed-use development at 3630 Peachtree Road consisted of a 34-story tower with 17,000 square feet of ground floor retail space and 425,000 square feet of Class A office. Sitting atop the office space is 137 luxury condominium residences on 17 floors, occupying 230,000 square feet, including two penthouse levels. Structured parking in a deck below the tower accommodates 1,860 vehicles. The development also includes enhancements to the adjacent Wieuca Road Baptist Church that included a $7 million parking deck, $2 million narthex and $1 million playground, streetscape and landscaping.

    City Springs

    Sandy Springs, Georgia This $300 million project consists of two apartment buildings with a combined 294 units with a 5-level parking structure to accommodate 372 cars, a 5-story city office/government center, an 1,100 seat performing arts center, a studio theater with a rooftop deck, 28,000 square feet of retail space and the 4 acre City Green, a public park with a Shade Bosque, fountains, and wide sidewalks at the center of the 14 acre site. Two new public roadways were included in the site design break the site into four quadrants. All four adjacent public roadways were upgraded with traffic calming measures and signalization.

    Georgia Avenue Urban Renewal

    Atlanta, Georgia Since Georgia State University and real estate developer Carter took control of the ballpark formerly known as Turner Field and surrounding parcels, the stadium has been overhauled to accommodate the Panthers football team and Carter is redeveloping the Georgia Avenue corridor with over 130,000 square feet of retail, restaurant/bar/cafe, entertainment, movie, and office space.
