Long Engineering, Inc. is a dynamic, fast paced land surveying and engineering firm with two offices in the metro-Atlanta area and an affiliated office in Nashville, Tennessee. We grow quickly, having been recognized as one of the Top 100 fastest growing engineering, architectural or environmental firms in the country in 2004 and 2006. Diversity and Stability – We have diversified clients and disciplines. About 60% of our work is performed for cities, counties and states while the remaining 40% is for the private sector. This provides diversified projects, and even when the economy slows (as it periodically does), we still plan on being busy.

Our work also spans many service areas (land surveying, land development, traffic engineering, etc.). If one area is not right for you, you can change to another one. We are diverse within each service area, and we never have a case of a bored employee.

Fun People – We have very talented people with a wide variety of experiences. We like the energy and sponge-like learning capabilities of young people, the depth of knowledge in the more experienced staff members, and everyone in-between. We also like our staff to reflect the cultural diversity of the community in which we live – it is much more interesting and fun.

We have a summer picnic, holiday party, inter-office bowling tournament, golf outings, happy hours and Friday barbeques. We work hard but we have fun, too!
