CONRAC  Access Road – Hartsfield-Atlanta International Airport

Preparation of database for access road and internal road relocations for new Consolidated Rental Car facility at Hartsfield airport on the west side of I-85.  Included surveys of north terminal building, secure parking lots, runway and taxiway surveys for flight path clearance determinations, surveys of CSX railroad, MARTA maintenance facility and test tracks, and detailed pavement and bridge surveys of the crossing of I-85.  The I-85 surveys were taken using reflectorless total stations to prevent lane closures of I-85.  Project included SUE surveys of all underground utilities in project areas, determination of existing ROW and property lines and previously dedicated easements for access road.  Project developed in CAiCE and Microstation to GDOT standards.

Preparation of database for aerial guideway and maintenance facility for automated people mover portion new Consolidated Rental Car facility at Hartsfield airport on the west side of I-85. Included surveys of north terminal building, airport MARTA station, secure parking lots, runway and taxiway surveys for flight path clearance determinations, surveys of CSX railroad, MARTA maintenance facility & test tracks, and detailed pavement and bridge surveys of the crossing of I-85. The I-85 surveys were taken using reflectorless total stations to prevent lane closures of I-85.
